Forms. When you contact us, subscribe to the blog, or request a deck or sample, we collect what you type: typically your name, email, message, and which page you sent it from. Submissions are emailed to us and stored in our private Google Cloud database.
Chatbot. Conversations with the site assistant are recorded and summarized so a human can follow up. Don't share anything in the chat you wouldn't put in an email.
Analytics. Like most websites we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (which can replay anonymized browsing sessions), and Ahrefs Analytics to understand how the site is used. These set cookies and collect usage data under their own privacy policies.
To reply to you, send you the thing you asked for, and — only if you subscribed — send the blog newsletter. Follow-up is written by a human, founder to founder. We don't run automated email sequences, we don't share or sell your information, and we don't add you to lists you didn't ask for. Every newsletter email includes a way to unsubscribe; or just reply "stop" and a human will remove you.
Our service providers: Google Cloud (form and conversation storage, email infrastructure), Namecheap PrivateEmail (email), OpenAI (powers the chatbot's responses), Cal.com (call booking), and the analytics providers above. We share data with them only as needed to run the site.
We keep submissions and conversations for as long as they're useful for the conversation you started with us. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including access and deletion. Wherever you live: email info@glissando.ai and we'll tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it — usually within a few days, handled by a person.
